脉管制冷-90℃ 低温冰箱研究

摘要:
基于真空绝热板(VIP) 超低热导率的优点, 开展了-90 ℃ 低温冰箱的设计和实验研究.分析了同轴型脉管制冷机的结构特点和制冷性能属性, 研究了 VIP 和聚氨酯发泡层组成复合绝热层结构以及低温冰箱箱体的漏热损失计算方法, 实验验证了容积为27.6 L 的低温冰箱良好的制冷效果和保温性能, 在135W 的电功输入下可提供-90 ℃ 的低温环境.该研究为空间及商用长寿命深低温冰箱的研究提供一定的参考.

Abstract:
Based on ultra-low thermal conductivity of vacuum insulatedpanel ( VIP ) , some design and experimental study of a cryogenic refrigerator were carried out, whose temperature was dropped down to -90 ℃ . A coaxial pulse tube cryocooler(PTC) was used for the cryogenic refrigerator and its structural characteristics and refrigeration performance were analyzed, respectively. The composite heat insulation layer of the cryogenic refrigerator is composed of VIP and polyurethane foam layer and its leakage heat loss calculation method was studied. Some experiments were carried out and the cryogenic refrigerator could be cooled down to -90 ℃ with 135 W input power. This study provides a reference for the research of space and commercial long-life low temperature refrigerators.
