化学溶液沉积制备氧化石墨烯掺杂 YBCO 薄膜

摘要:
YBCO 薄膜在液氮温区具有优异的性能, 围绕低成本溶液沉积技术和新型添加剂的研究是目前研究热点. 采用化学溶液沉积技术成功制备出氧化石墨烯掺杂 YBCO 薄膜. 通过在 YBCO 前驱液中引入氧化石墨烯, 改变 YBCO 胶体的热解行为, 促进 YBCO 前驱体的分解. 在晶化过程中, 氧化石墨烯有利于抑制 YBCO 晶粒长大. 结果表明, 适量添加氧化石墨烯可以改善 YBCO 薄膜的微观形貌和外延生长, 提高超导层的性能.

Abstract:
YBCO films had shown the excellent performance under liquid nitrogen temperature. The low-cost solution deposition technologies and new additives were attractive. Graphene oxide doped YBCO films had been successfully prepared by chemical solution deposition. The decomposition and crystallization of YBCO gel were influenced by the addition of graphene oxide (GO) in the precursor solutions. GO might be useful for the growth of small YBCO grain. The results showed that the optimal addition of GO would modify the surface microstructure and the epitaxial growth of YBCO film. It could improve the performance of YBCO film.
