Ba 掺杂对LaCrO3 物性的影响

摘要:
通过固相反应法制备了具有钙钛矿结构的La1-xBaxCrO3 (0≤x ≤0.3)多晶样品, 利用X 射线衍射对其晶体结构进行表征, 并对X 射线衍射数据进行了精修, 获得La1-xBaxCrO3 系列样品的晶体结构数据, 测量了所有样品在低温下的磁化强度和电阻率, 随着Ba 含量的增加, 反铁磁转变温度降低, 在反铁磁转变温度以下, 反铁磁性与铁磁性共存,La1-xBaxCrO3 在低温下的电阻率表现出半导体特性, 随Ba 含量的增加电阻率降低.

Effect of Ba Doping on Physical Properties of LaCrO3

Abstract:
Polycrystalline La1-xBaxCrO3 (0≤x ≤0.3) samples with perovskite structure have been synthesized i air via a solid-state reaction method. Their crystal structure was investigated by X-ray diffraction and all of X-ray diffraction data was refined. The detail structural parameters of La1-xBaxCrO3 were summarized. DC magnetization and resistivity at low temperature were measured. The antiferromagnetic transition temperature was continuous1 suppressed with increasing Ba content and antiferromagnetism and ferromagnetism coexist in La1-xBaxCrO3 sample below antiferromagnetic transition temperature. The resistivity at low temperature showed semiconductor characteristics and decreased with the increase of Ba content.
