42T水冷磁体容器模态及抗震分析

摘要:
以42T水冷磁体容器为研究对象,利用 SolidWorks 软件建立容器三维模型并导入有限元分析软件 ANSYS Workbench ,对水冷磁体容器的静态应力和 20 阶非零模态频率进行求解; 再导入 Response Spectrum 模块进行模拟地震作用下的响应谱分析,得到等效应力和方向位移云图。分析结果表明42T水冷磁体容器满足抗震性设计要求。

Modal and seismic response spectrum analysis of 42T water-cooled magnet container

Abstract:
Taking 42T water-cooled magnet container as the research object, SolidWorks was used to establish and simplify the three-dimensional container model, and finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was imported to solve the static stress and 20 order non-zero mode frequency of container. Then the Response Spectrum module was introduced for response spectrum analysis under simulated earthquake, and the equivalent stress and directional displacement nephogram were obtained. The analysis results show that the 42T water-cooled magnet container meets the design requirements of shock resistance.
