通过固相反应法制备了具有钙钛矿结构的La1-xBaxCrO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3)多晶样品,利用X射线衍射对其晶体结构进行表征,并对X射线衍射数据进行了精修,获得了La1-xBaxCrO3系列样品的晶体结构数据,测量了所有样品在低温下的磁化强度和电阻率,随着Ba含量的增加,反铁磁转变温度降低,在反铁磁转变温度以下,反铁磁性与铁磁性共存,La1-xBaxCrO3在低温下的电阻率表现出半导体特性,随Ba含量的增加电阻率降低。 |

Effect of Ba doping on physical properties of LaCrO3* |

Polycrystalline La1-xBaxCrO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3) samples with perovskite structure have been synthesized in air via a solid-state reaction method. Their crystal structure was investigated by X-ray diffraction and all of X-ray diffraction data was refined. The detail structural parameters of La1-xBaxCrO3 were summarized. DC magnetization and resistivity at low temperature were measured. The antiferromagnetic transition temperature was continuously suppressed with increasing Ba content and antiferromagnetism and ferromagnetism coexist in La1-xBaxCrO3 samples below antiferromagnetic transition temperature. The resistivity at low temperature showed semiconductor characteristics and decreased with the increase of Ba content. |
