110 kV高温超导电缆能耗特性研究

摘要:
高温超导电缆在运行过程中不可避免地会产生能耗,影响超导电缆的稳定和安全运行,降低系统安全裕度,增加制冷系统的负担和运行成本,因此需要开展110 kV高温超导电缆的能耗特性研究。本文针对110 kV/3 kA高温超导电缆本体交流损耗、终端恒温器漏热和电流引线漏热进行了仿真计算。110 kV/3 kA高温超导电缆额定运行时,本体的交流损耗结果为0.6 W/m,单个恒温器漏热为15.7 W,电流引线最小漏热为128.1 W。结果表明:高温超导电缆能耗主要取决于电缆本体的长度和电流引线漏热,终端恒温器的漏热占比非常小。

Abstract:
During the operation of HTS cable, energy consumption is inevitably occurred, which will affect the stability and safe operation of HTS cable, reduce the safety margin of the system, and increase the burden and operation cost of the refrigeration system. Therefore, it is necessary to study the energy consumption characteristics of 110kv HTS cables. In this paper, the AC loss of 110kV/3kA HTS cable, the heat leakage of terminal thermostat and current lead are simulated. The AC loss of 110kV/3kA HTS cable is 0.6 w/m, the heat leakage of single thermostat is 15.7 W, and the minimum heat leakage of current lead is 128.1 W. The results show that the energy consumption of HTS cable mainly depends on the length of cable body and the heat leakage of current leads.
