失超检测与判断装置对高温超导储能线圈的稳定运行与故障保护具有重要意义。本文在传统有源功率检测法的基础上,使用嵌入式系统,对失超信号进行数字化采样与无线传输,实现对高温超导磁体失超信号的检测与判断。本文使用Multisim对模拟信号调理电路进行仿真,完成信号发射机与信号接收机硬件电路的设计、制作与调试。实验电路输出波形表明,该电路能够正确采集高温超导线圈失超信号,及时、准确的判断出失超并输出失超保护信号。此外,绕制了2个供本文检测装置测试的超导线圈,并展开了实验验证,测得检测装置无线延迟约为28ms。 |

Development of Quench Detection Device for HTS Coils Based on Active Power Method |

The quench detection and judgment device are of great significance to the stable operation and fault protection of HTS energy storage coil. Based on the existing active power method, this paper uses an embedded system to detect and judge the HTS magnet by digital sampling, wireless transmission and screen display. Multisim is used to simulate the analog detection circuit, and the hardware circuit is designed and debugged. The output waveform of the experimental circuit shows that the circuit can collect the quench signal of HTS coil correctly, judge the quench signal timely and accurately and output the quench protection signal. In addition, the wireless delay of the detector is about 28ms, and two superconducting coils are wound for the test of the detector, and the experiment is carried out. |
