高温超导体Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δY-123/Cax

体系的超导输运特性研究

本文系统地研究了Y-123高温超导体Ca掺杂样品Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δx=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)和Y-123/Caxx=0.1,0.2,0.3)样品的超导特性,对样品的临界温度Tc及输运特性进行了对比分析。实验发现:随着Ca含量增加两组样品的Tc有不同程度的递减,样品Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ的Tc随Ca含量增加的变化规律正好与样品Y-123/Cax相反。Ca元素的加入使两组样品临界电流都有明显提高,但在Y-123/Cax中表现得更为明显,并且受磁场的影响更小。实验中还发现,Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δI~V曲线存在负磁阻区,而在Y-123/Cax中却没有发现。

THE TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ

We report systematic studies of the normal-state properties of Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3) and Y-123/Cax(x=0.1,0.2,0.3) bulks in aspects of the critical temperature Tc and transport characterizations, respectively. As increasing of Ca content, all samples presented a Tc-decreasing with a different way.  In the case of the Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ, the value of Tc decrease fast and then slowly, while in the case of Y-123/Cax, the Tc behavior presented a complete different way, in which Tc decrease slowly first and then fast. Ca-doping is able to improve the Ic more enhanced in the Y-123/Cax samples than in the Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δsamples. Additionally, for Y-123/Caxsamples, the critical current Ic is less sensitive to the external magnetic fields. Also, a negative resistant region was observed in the Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ samples.

报道了Cr80-xFe20Mnx(x=10, 15, 20)合金在10-300K的电阻率和热导率。结果表明样品的电输运性质和热输运性质均与样品的磁状态有关。在SDW反铁磁转变附近,电阻率出现极小。对Neel温度以下电阻率-温度曲线拟合结果表明:取温度相关的能隙函数2A∝(TN-T)1/2可以很好地描述SDW反铁磁能隙随温度降低而打开的过程。合金在反铁磁转变温度以下表现出与无序样品或者玻璃态样品类似的热导率温度关系,这可能是源于合金中磁性团簇的散射。

Thermal conductivity and electrical resistivity of Cr80-xFe20Mnx, x=10, 15, 20 are measured. It is found that the thermal and electrical transport properties are related to the magnetic state of these alloys. Near Neel temperature, a minimum is observed in electrical resistivity. The temperature dependence of electrical resistivity indicates the progressive opening up of the SDW antiferromagnetic energy gap and can be well described by a temperature-dependent function 2A∝(TN-T)1/2. Below Neel temperature, the alloys experiences similar thermal conductivity temperature dependence to the amorphous or glass sample due to the existence of scatterings from magnetic clusters.

电泳共沉积含Ag的YBa2Cu3O7-δ厚膜

电泳共沉积了含Ag的YBa2Cu3O7-δ厚膜。共沉积膜中的Ag含量随着原料中Ag量的增加而增加。YBa2Cu3O7-δAg两种粒子吸附质子所带电量之间的关系为 QYBCO=-0.1638QAg+0.1519F。添加剂聚乙二醇消弱了固体粒子之间的静电斥力作用,使膜的表面光滑平整。在Ag基带表面有垂直于基带面的沿a-b面生长织构形成。

PREPARATION OF Ag DOPED YBa2Cu3O7-δ

THICK FILMS BY ELECTROPHORETIC COPRECIPITATION

Ag doped YBa2Cu3O7-δ thick films were prepared by electrophoretic coprecipitation. The contents of Ag in films increased with Ag addition in original powder mixture. The relation of coulomb values between YBa2Cu3O7-δ and Ag particle by absorbing protons was expressed as formula QYBCO=-0.1638QAg+0.1519F. Additive glycol weakened the repulsive electrostatic effect, which made the surface of films smooth. There was YBa2Cu3O7-δ texture formed on Ag substrate surface grown along a-b crystal plan. It might be induced by orientated Ag substrate.

Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ烧结样品的直流输运特性

本文主要报道了对烧结样品YBa2Cu3O7-δ(Y-123)进行部分元素替代的初步实验结果。用Ca2+部分替代Y3+形成的Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ(YCBCO)样品呈现出如下特征:样品的正常态电阻率ρ随Ca的替代浓度增加而依次降低,而超导临界温度Tc也依次下降。这一现象与通常情况下对铜氧化物超导材料进行元素替代所引起的行为截然不同。实验还显示: 样品在低温下的临界电流密度Jc得到明显提高,掺Ca后烧结样品的临界电流受外磁场的影响明显减小。在弱磁场下,不同掺杂浓度样品的临界电流Ic随外磁场呈不同比例地线性下降,与一般颗粒多晶高温超导体临界电流Ic随外磁场行为明显不同。
