利用固相反应法及溶胶凝胶法我们制备了多晶La1-xSrxCoO3(x=0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0)样品.X射线衍射谱表明,La1-xSrxCoO3样品呈ABO3型钙钛矿结构,晶格常数随着x的增加而增大.与钙钛矿结构的锰氧化物类似,电阻率随温度变化以及磁化强度随温度变化的关系强烈依赖于掺杂浓度.x=0.7和0.8的样品在低温下显示铁磁性,而x=0.9和1.0的样品磁化强度随温度变化没有显示铁磁转变.电阻率随温度的变化似乎与磁化率测量相对应,在x=0.8和0.9样品之间存在绝缘-金属转变.

Perovskites La1-xSrxCoO3
(x=0.7, 0.8, 0.9 and 1) samples were synthesized by sol-gel and solid
state reaction methods. Structures were characterized and lattice constants
were obtained by X-ray diffraction pattern. The temperature dependence of
electrical resistivity, the ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition temperature (Tc)
and magnetization under the same magnetic field depend strongly on Co3+Co4+
ratio, which can be explained by double-exchange interaction.

强钉扎高温超导体与永磁体系统的悬浮力数值模型

本文从数值模拟和实验两方面研究了熔融织构Y-Ba-Cu-O(YBCO)高温超导块材与永磁体组成的磁悬浮系统的悬浮特性.通过理论与实验结果的比较,在Hikihara-Moon超导磁悬浮动力学唯像模型的基础上,提出了强钉扎磁悬浮力模型,并进一步研究了熔融织构YBCO块材在不同条件下的悬浮特性,包括:场冷高度(FCH)和零场冷却(ZFC)的对磁浮力的影响,以及由不同运动速度导致的磁悬浮力的变化等.结果表明,强钉扎磁悬浮力模型适合于精确描述由熔融织构YBCO高温超导块材与永磁体所组成的磁悬浮系统的悬浮特性.

The characteristics of
levitation force of the system consisted of a melt-texture YBCO
high-temperature superconductor (HTS) bulk and a permanent magnet (PM) is
researched by the two sides of numerical simulation and experiment in this
paper. After we compared the results of simulation and experiment again and
again, on the basic of the model of levitation dynamics between a HTS bulk and
a PM given by Hikihara and Moon, we put forward the numerical model of
levitation force between a YBCO bulk with strong pinning effect and a PM (the
model with strong pinning effect). and we investigate the levitation
characteristics of the system which be consisted of a melt-textured YBCO bulk
and a PM under different conditions, including the effect of field cooling
height (FCH), the effect of zero-field-cooling (ZFC) and the effect due to the
velocity of reverse motion between HTS and PM. The numerical simulation results
using the model with strong pinning effect prove the model with strong pinning
effect is fit to accurately describe the characteristics of the levitation
force of the system consisted of a melt-texture YBCO HTS bulk and a PM.

实用高温超导混频器3mm锁相稳频源

基于小型脉冲管制冷机,设计并改善了与其配套的锁相混频系统,用约瑟夫森颗粒边界结实现了高温超导3mm波段96次谐波混频,完成了60次谐波下压控振荡器的锁相稳频实验.首次实现了基于小型脉冲管制冷机的实用高温超导混频器3mm锁相稳频源.

On the basis of pulse tube
cryocooler, we designed suited electromagnetic shielding system with the
function of microwave coupling, IF measuring, mixing and phase locking. After
improved this system, we successfully used Josephson grain boundary junction to
actualize high temperature superconductor 96 harmonic wave mixing in 3mm
waveband and 60 harmonic wave phase locking experiment of voltage control
oscillator. Based on pulse tube cryocooler, for the first time, we realized
this practical frequency stabilized source of high temperature superconductor
mixer in 3mm phase locking.

用固相反应法在不同温度下制备了名义组分为Zn0.7Mn0.15Co0.15O的Mn、Co共掺杂ZnO块状样品,并研究了烧结温度(Ts)对其结构和磁性质的影响。结构研究表明:掺杂样品除ZnO纤锌矿结构外还存在第二相,且第二相与Ts有关。磁测量表明,所有样品低温(约低于50K)下呈现铁磁行为,但其行为在Ts≤700℃和Ts>700℃时表现出明显的不同。对低温烧结的样品,磁有序程度随Ts增加而增强,而对较高温度烧结的样品,磁有序程度随Ts增加而减弱。结合结构分析,文中就这些观察的可能起因进行了讨论。

Mn、Co co-doped ZnO bulk samples
with nominal composition Zn0.7Mn0.15Co0.15O
were fabricated by the standard solid-state reaction method. The effect of
sintering temperature (Ts) on structure and magnetic behavior
was studied. The structural analysis shows that beside the wurtzite structure
of ZnO, all the samples contain secondary phase which is sensitive to Ts.
Magnetization measurement indicates that all the samples are ferromagnetic
ordering at low temperatures (T<50K), but the behavior of the samples
sintered at lower Ts
(≤700℃) is different from that of
the samples sintered at higher Ts (>700℃). For the samples prepared at
Ts≤700℃, ferromagnetic ordering
increase with the increase of Ts, while for the samples
prepared at Ts>700 ℃, ferromagnetic ordering decrease
with the increase of Ts. Based on the structural analyses,
the experimental observation is discussed.

电磁优化对提高Bi2223/Ag超导磁体性能的研究

在Bi2223/Ag超导磁体里,磁场的径向分量是限制其超导带临界电流和性能的主要因素之一.我们用有限元方法分析了螺线管超导磁体场强的分布,发现磁体两端磁场的径向分量最大,通过在其两端增加铁磁性导磁结构,优化其磁场分布,降低磁体端部径向磁场强度,提高了磁体的临界电流,增强了超导磁体承受过电流脉冲冲击的能力,并有效地加速了磁体在过电流冲击后的恢复速度.

Abstract: Radial component
of magnetic field is one of main limits of Bi2223/Ag magnet’s critical current
and stability. Finite Element Method (FEM) is used to analyze magnetic field
distribution. And a pair of ferromagnetic disk is set on both magnet’s end to
optimize its magnetic field distribution. We measured magnets critical current and
recovery time after a over current pulse with and without ferromagnetic disks.
The results showed that setting the disks increased the critical current and
stabilize magnet.
